Located in the heart of the CBD, we’ve been serving up innovative daytime dishes since 2013, with a focus on quality ingredients, warm service, and a true work-life balance — no dinner shifts, ever.

About the Role

This role is perfect for a skilled and passionate chef looking to work in a creative and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef to deliver seasonal dishes that stand out — and be part of a high-performing kitchen known for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute high-quality brunch and lunch dishes

- Assist with daily prep, specials, and menu planning

- Manage your section efficiently during busy services

- Ensure food quality, portion control, and beautiful presentation

- Maintain stock, manage mise en place,



and support ordering

- Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar kitchen role

- Relevant culinary training or certifications

- Calm and efficient under pressure

- Excellent attention to detail and time management

- Passion for fresh produce and seasonal menus

- A team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
