The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused QA Technician to join our Safety, Quality & Sustainability team at our manufacturing facility.

In this hands-on role, you'll support product quality, testing and quality systems, working closely with production teams to ensure our products consistently meet customer, regulatory and company standards.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with QA, QC or manufacturing experience who enjoys problem solving, continuous improvement and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
Your key focus areas will include (but are not limited to):

Quality Inspection & Testing

- Conduct product inspections against established quality standards and specifications

- Complete technical testing and quality verification activities

Quality Systems & Documentation

- Maintain quality records, documentation and production data

- Support quality audits and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

Customer Complaints & Continuous Improvement

- Investigate quality issues, non-conformances and customer complaints

- Support corrective actions, root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives

Equipment & Compliance





- Coordinate calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment

- Support compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and applicable product standards

The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- 2+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or manufacturing

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

- Experience investigating quality issues and customer complaints

- Ability to interpret specifications, technical documentation or engineering drawings

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (essential)

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline will be highly regarded
