About the role

You'll take each project from construction commencement through to Practical Completion: setting up the site, booking and sequencing trades, building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade and supplier partners, maintaining the schedule, running take-offs and orders, supervising quality, leading site meetings with clients and consultants, and managing safety. You'll identify variations and design gaps early and get them resolved before they cost time on site. You'll report directly to the Director, and for the first few weeks you'll work alongside him so you learn how we operate before you're running things on your own.

About you

- Experience supervising or managing residential construction, ideally running more than one site at a time

- A trade background, carpentry especially, is a real advantage





- Robust judgement about sequencing and knowing what genuinely needs to happen next

- A solutions mindset — when something goes sideways on site, come with potential solutions, not just the problem

- The discipline to make sure decisions and variations are always documented

- Confidence dealing directly with homeowners, designers and consultants
