This is a full-time role for a Mining Engineer based in Perth, WA, on a FIFO basis. The Mining Engineer will be responsible for short term mine scheduling, designing, drill and blast engineering and collaborating with operations teams to ensure effective mining processes.

About you
- Minimum 3+ years experience
- Proficiency in open pit Mine Planning (daily/weekly), Design and Drill & Blast
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating mining processes and solving complex problems
- Experience in bulk commodity and hard rock mining
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field
- Minimum intermediate level with Vulcan
- Commitment to safety procedures and sustainable mining practices
- Current Australian working rights
- Highly Regarded: Proficiency in Deswik CAD, and Alastri ATS/APS and/or Deswik Sched
- Highly Regarded: Quarry Managers certificate of competency (or completion of practical component)
