Role Location: Qube Agri Balaklava

Role Type: 3-Month Harvest Casual Contract

We have exciting opportunities for Harvest Casuals - Grain Site Labourers to join our Qube Agri operations on a 3-month harvest contract. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of our grain handling sites throughout the harvest season. You will assist with grain receival, unloading activities, site housekeeping, contamination control, and general labouring tasks to ensure the safe and efficient storage and movement of grain. This role is physically demanding and requires individuals who are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and dusty grain-handling environments.

Key duties include:

- Sweeping, shovelling, and maintaining site cleanliness
- Supporting contamination control and grain quality standards
- Assisting with grain truck unloading operations
- Monitoring grain flow and reporting hazards or blockages
- Supporting bunker preparation and tarp handling activities
- Assisting with equipment set-up and pack-down
- Conducting basic pre-start checks where authorised and trained
- Working collaboratively with Site Managers, Operators, Weighbridge Officers, and Truck Drivers

A pre-employment medical fitness declaration will be required prior to commencement.

- Regular Drug and Alcohol testing conducted
- Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and general health
- Ability to safely undertake physically demanding work throughout shifts
