M.J. Bale is looking for an enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our Harbour Town Outlet team.

We’re an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We’re also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role

You’ll work in a busy outlet environment, helping customers find the right fit while keeping the store ready for fast-paced trade.

Your day will include:

- Delivering friendly, personal and efficient service
- Helping customers with fit, styling and product selection
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Building relationships with current and returning customers
- Replenishing stock and keeping the store well presented




- Processing sales and assisting with stock movements
- Supporting the team during weekends and peak trade periods

About you

You’ll bring:

- Retail, hospitality or customer-service experience
- Confidence speaking with customers and making recommendations
- An interest in menswear, fashion and personal styling
- Energy and confidence in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods

Menswear experience is an advantage but isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, contributes to the team and takes pride in what they do.
