With tender levels at an all-time high, our established client is looking for an Estimator to join the team pricing jobs from $5m - $30M across Apartments, Commercial and Health.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates and BOQ's
- Maintain, qualify and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Manage ECI and D & C tender processes
- Compare and analyse sub-contractor pricing
- Develop recent sub-contractor relationships
- Review drawings, specifications and consultant documentation
- Update and maintain estimating software, specifically Cubit
- Support tender submissions
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal project teams

Required Experience:

- Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Local experience is essential,



well-connected with local QLD trades
- Track Record of delivering detailed Cost Plans and Tenders with minimal guidance
- Solid knowledge in developing extensive methodologies related to tender submissions
- Cubit software exposure preferred
- 5+ Years in a similar role pricing projects up to $30M in QLD for a head contractor
- Loyal working history
- Confidence in liaising with Sub-contractors, directors and project team
- Strong organisation and being able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
