Responsible for the effective management, maintenance, compliance and lifecycle of Sirrom's operational assets across the business, including fleet vehicles, forklifts, trailers and property-related assets. The role ensures assets are protected, compliant, fit for purpose, cost effective and appropriately maintained, with particular oversight of preventative maintenance and property compliance requirements including fire and pest management.

Manage Sirrom's fleet vehicles, forklifts, trailers and other nominated operational assets across the business, maintaining accurate asset registers, ownership details and location records.

Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, servicing, repairs, inspections and statutory requirements to maximise asset availability, reliability and useful life.

Oversee property-related compliance programs, including fire systems and equipment, pest management and other scheduled property compliance activities.

Establish and maintain asset management schedules, service intervals, compliance dates, warranties, registrations, licences, insurance information and supporting documentation.

Work with site management, Operations, Procurement and approved suppliers to coordinate maintenance activities, minimise operational disruption and ensure services are completed to agreed standards.

Manage approved asset and maintenance suppliers, monitor service performance and costs, and support commercial reviews,



quotations and purchasing requirements in line with Sirrom procurement controls.

Monitor asset condition, utilisation, repair history and whole-of-life cost, and provide recommendations regarding repair, replacement, disposal or redeployment of assets.

Support the implementation and ongoing use of Sirrom's asset management systems, ensuring asset information, documentation and compliance records remain current and auditable.

Investigate recurring asset failures, maintenance issues and compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Reinforce a strong safety and compliance culture and ensure asset-related activities comply with workplace health and safety requirements, manufacturer specifications and applicable regulatory obligations.

This role will require the ability and willingness to travel to Sirrom sites as required.
