About the role

As a Forklift Driver at Hellers, you will play an significant role in supporting our production and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, stock and products throughout the facility while maintaining a strong focus on workplace health and safety.

Key responsibilities

- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently within the manufacturing and warehouse environment

- Moving raw materials, finished products and packaging throughout the facility

- Loading and unloading deliveries as required

- Supporting production teams with the timely supply of materials

- Maintaining accurate stock movements and following relevant procedures

- Ensuring forklift and work areas are kept clean, organised and safe

- Completing required checks and reporting any hazards, damage or maintenance issues

- Working collaboratively with production, warehouse and quality teams





- Following all Hellers policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements

About you

- A current Forklift Licence

- Previous forklift experience, preferably within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- The ability to follow instructions and established procedures

- Good attention to detail

- A reliable approach to attendance and punctuality

- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- The ability to work in a physically demanding environment
