With experienced BMS Technicians, working within the industry over the past 20 years.

We are seeking a BMS Technician or Mechanical Electrician to join our team.

Key responsibilities

· Carry out scheduled service & updates for BMS and Building Automation.

· Configuration and programming of BMS/HVAC control systems.

· Carry out scheduled routine maintenance.

· Diverse role which can include commissioning and project works.

· Liaising with clients recommending upgrades, integration, and building efficiency.

· Report Writing - Producing accurate service reports.

· Respond to client service requests, programming and point to point scheduling.

· Relationship building and support with existing and new customer service.

· Investigating and diagnosing faults.

· Providing technical support & Commissioning Reports as required.

Essential Skills, Knowledge,



and Experience:

· Proven experience in programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC equipment systems.

· Extensive knowledge and understanding building networking and communications.

· Strong knowledge of Building Controls Protocols including BACnet and Modbus.

· Knowledge in various BMS control products.

· Knowledge in controls brands such as Optergy, Innotech, Schneider Electric or Honeywell are preferable.

· Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards, and plant operating instructions.

· SA Electrical License.

· Current Australian Driver's License.
