The role: You will support South Australians to build friendships, discover new interests and stay connected to their communities. As our Social Connections Coordinator (Social Links), you’ll bring people together through meaningful experiences that combat social isolation and support people to live a Good Life. One day you might be supporting an art group, coordinating a choir performance, organising a social outing, assisting volunteers or launching a completely new program based on customer feedback.

Join the team on a full time basis to support the Home Care Community programs based mostly in the Christies Beach office with some time at the Rostrevor office.

What you’ll do:

- Plan and coordinate engaging social and wellbeing experiences
- Build relationships with customers, volunteers and community partners
- Support people to participate, connect and thrive




- Promote and grow our innovative Social Links program
- Ensure experiences are safe, well organised and compliant

About You!

- Loves bringing people together and creating positive experiences
- Is organised and enjoys coordinating multiple activities at once
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Gets energy from helping people achieve their goals
- Is creative, proactive and solutions focused
- Has experience in community services, aged care, events, recreation, customer engagement or similar fields (ideally with a Certificate IV or working towards a relevant qualification).

- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
