Role Purpose

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team-oriented finance team and support day to day accounting activities across our Australian and New Zealand operations. Reporting to a Senior Accountant, this role is well suited to an early career accountant looking to build strong technical foundations and gain exposure to a broad commercial environment.

Key Accountabilities:

- Assist with month end processes including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.

- Support preparation of financial reports in line with statutory and internal requirements.

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as required.

- Support audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.

- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data integrity across finance systems.

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

- Support improvements to finance processes and systems.





- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve finance related queries.

- Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, or near completion.

- One to two years experience in an accounting or finance role, or relevant graduate experience.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.

- Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
