About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Law Partner to join and further develop an established practice.

You will advise and represent both plaintiff and defendant clients across a broad range of contentious and advisory employment matters, including:

- Employment disputes, termination and unfair dismissal claims
- General protections, discrimination and workplace investigations
- Executive employment and restraint matters
- Enterprise agreements, industrial relations and workforce restructuring
- Day-to-day strategic workplace relations advice
- Litigated employment matters across the relevant courts and tribunals

Alongside managing your own practice, you will play an active role in business development, client relationships and the ongoing growth of the employment team.

This is also a hands-on leadership role, with a robust focus on mentoring,



developing and supporting junior lawyers as they progress their careers.

The ideal candidate:

- Established Partner, Special Counsel or senior employment lawyer ready to move into a leadership role
- Strong experience across both advisory and contentious employment law matters
- Demonstrated experience running and litigating employment disputes
- Comfortable acting for both plaintiffs and defendants
- Commercial and proactive approach to business development and practice growth
- Genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Strong client relationship skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- Existing client following will be highly regarded
