The Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including food and beverage, gaming, accommodation, compliance, financial performance, customer experience, and team leadership. You will lead, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring the venue operates profitably, safely, and in line with all legislative requirements.



This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people and driving business success.

Skills & Attributes

- Proven experience leading hospitality, hotel, pub, or venue operations.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including labour, budgets, and P&L; management.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of gaming, liquor licensing, WHS, and compliance requirements.
- Current RSA & RSG essential, with Approved Manager or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded.
