Our experienced team of Integrated Supply Planners/Vendor Replenishment Planners represent multiple brand owners. We help to deliver effective replenishment to the Retailer's Distribution Centres and ensure smooth end to end supply as well as giving the supplier an additional voice within the retailers' business.

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Supply & Demand Planning, you will act as the key interface between Woolworths and our suppliers, ensuring an efficient and effective supply chain through collaborative forecasting and replenishment planning.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for achieving Out Bound Service Level (OBSL) and inventory targets while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement across the end to end supply chain. Your ability to analyse performance, solve problems and build strong relationships will be critical to ensuring products are available for customers when they need them.

This role is a 12-Month Fixed Term, Full Time position commencing in November 2026.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:





- Proven experience in supply and/or demand planning and forecasting within the FMCG industry
- Knowledge of Woolworths replenishment systems, including SAP/ERP, JDA and/or RELEX, will be highly regarded
- Proficiency with Google's productivity suite, including Gmail, Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise and Looker
- Strong analytical capability with a solution focused approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes, analyse complex issues and implement effective solutions
- Well developed critical thinking and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align priorities and build robust cross functional relationships
- Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage a broad range of stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
