You will play an important role in ensuring clients and participants receive consistent, reliable services while supporting our workforce with clear communication, practical coordination and accurate scheduling.

- Maintaining continuity of care by supporting consistent worker allocations wherever possible.
- Communicating roster changes professionally with clients, families, representatives, support workers, nurses and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate roster records, shift notes, cancellation records and escalation documentation.
- Identifying workforce capacity issues and recurring rostering trends and contributing to practical process improvements.
- Supporting accurate information for payroll, billing, funding utilisation and operational planning.
- Participating in team handovers, operational reviews and continuous improvement activities.
A role with clear boundaries and support
At AHG, we recognise that effective rostering requires transparent accountability.
You will coordinate within approved systems, processes and delegations. Clinical decisions, employment and credential verification, expenditure approvals and other management decisions remain with the appropriately authorised functions.
About you

You will ideally have:

- Experience in disability, aged care, healthcare, community services or a similar environment.
- An understanding of NDIS, SIL,
aged care, Support at Home, RAC or community-based services.
- Experience using rostering, CRM or workforce management systems.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
- The ability to identify risks, understand your decision-making boundaries and escalate appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused when priorities change.
- A client-focused and person-centred approach.
