Industrial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for sometime, Family friendly and a excellent team environment.

With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to lead/Assist the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.

Your role:

- Lead/Assist with the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery
- Manage project budgets, programs, consultants, and subcontractors
- Drive quality, safety, and commercial outcomes
- Looking after 2-4 projects ($10-$20mil all together)
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients

Your background:

- Experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer in commercial or industrial construction




- Having a strong technical engineering background with clear communication and client facing
- Proven track record delivering complex builds over $4mil
- Keen and eager to move into the industrial space
- Strong leadership, programming, and cost control skills
- Ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
