About the Role

Mobile Conveyor Services (MCS) is looking for a motivated and reliable Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team based in Burpengary.

The successful applicant will have prior experience in conveyor belt splicing and will also be trained as a machine operator to assist with equipment operation and other duties as required.

We specialise in mobile conveyors, installation, maintenance and reconditioning, hot and cold splicing of all belt types, belt repairs, and rubber-to-metal applications.

The role is primarily local work, with some away work required from time to time. MCS is committed to supporting our employees and will provide additional training and licences where required.

All belt repairs are carried out on our own equipment.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Previous experience in conveyor belt splicing

- A Construction White Card – preferred

- EWP and Forklift licences – preferred

- Working at Heights experience – preferred





- Ability to pass a full medical and drug & alcohol screen, if required

- Ability to work overtime when required

- Ability to FIFO/

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- A flexible and adaptable approach to work

- A solid work ethic and reliable attitude
