The prerequisites for Tax Intermediate Accountants are both technical and interpersonal;

- Experience in tax and accounting services for small and medium business clients

- Three to five years experience in an Australian accounting practice

- Confident communication style

- Openness to new technologies and concepts

- Superior written and interpersonal skills

- Competence in MYOB AE or AO or Xero tax
