The Role

As an Assistant Development Manager, you will be at the heart of our exciting property development projects. You will work closely with our Development Managers, supporting the entire project lifecycle and ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. If you have a flair for property, excellent analytical skills and a passion for creating extraordinary spaces, this is the perfect prospect for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and managing property development projects from concept to completion.

- Support the Development Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Analysing developments and projects.

- PCG meeting agenda’s and minute collation.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.





- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts and permits.

- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project development.

- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project operations.

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Development, Commerce or a related field.

- 3-5 years experience in property development or construction.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

- Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities.

- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
