About the role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Combo Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across residential pool construction and earthmoving projects, operating a combination of Excavator and Posi-Track equipment. You'll be working closely with pool construction teams, helping prepare sites and complete excavation and earthmoving works to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Operating Excavators, Posi-Tracks and other earthmoving equipment

- Excavating and preparing sites for swimming pool construction

- Working around existing homes, structures, services and landscaping

- Backfilling, levelling, spreading and general earthmoving

- Assisting with pool construction and site preparation

- Loading and moving materials

- General site clean-up and maintaining a safe, tidy worksite

- Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

- Working as part of a small,

About you

- Has proven experience operating Excavators and Posi-Tracks

- Has experience in earthmoving, excavation, or the pool industry

- Can confidently operate machinery around residential properties

- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail

- Is reliable, punctual and takes a proactive approach

- Can work independently as well as part of a team

- Has a strong focus on safety

- Looks after machinery and equipment

- Holds a current MR Driver's Licence (minimum requirement)

- Holds a White Card
