What You'll Be Doing

As an Employment Coach or member of the Post Placement Support Team, you'll work directly with participants and or their employers to help them reach their employment goals and build brighter futures.

Your role may include:

- Coaching and inspiring participants to achieve employment outcomes
- Building strong, positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Assisting with resumes, interview skills and job search activities
- Working closely with employers to identify employment opportunities
- Connecting participants with training, support services and community resources
- Providing ongoing post-placement support to help people succeed in their new jobs
- Maintaining records and compliance requirements
- Celebrating milestones and life-changing successes along the way
