You'll work across new and used vehicle departments, supporting retail and service clients, and helping deliver tailored solutions and technical support that make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service across counter, phone, and email inquiries

- Accurately identify parts using supplier systems and catalogues

- Source, quote, and supply parts with a strong focus on urgency and accuracy

- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless parts support





- Keep inventory well-organized, controlled, and accounted for

- Maintain product knowledge on the latest vehicle technologies and parts

- Ensure all stock is correctly received, stored, and displayed

- Contribute to a safe and clean warehouse and showroom environment

About You

You’ll bring:

- Experience in a similar automotive or equipment parts interpretation role

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks

- Effective communication (both verbal and written)

- Time management skills that help you stay ahead in a fast-paced environment

- Full manual driver’s license

- Forklift license (desirable)

- Experience with Auto IT “Equip” or similar DMS (highly regarded)
