At integratedliving, our Accounts Payable team plays a vital role in supporting the services that help older Australians remain healthy, independent and connected to their communities.

As Accounts Payable Manager, you will join our team on an 8-month parental leave contract, leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate, efficient and customer-focused accounts payable services across a complex and growing organisation.

Your role

With planned growth across our services and operations, you will drive excellence within the Accounts Payable function, ensuring strong financial controls, exceptional stakeholder service and continuous improvement across processes, systems and ways of working.

You will also:

- Lead, develop and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payment of suppliers.
- Foster a customer-focused culture that delivers exceptional experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, workload distribution and service delivery standards to achieve operational objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce risk and improve the supplier experience.
- Partner with leaders across the organisation to resolve issues, improve processes and support business outcomes.
- Manage high transaction volumes and complex supplier relationships in a dynamic operating environment.
- Support organisational growth by ensuring scalable and sustainable Accounts Payable processes and practices.

About You

You will bring:





- Demonstrated experience leading and developing sizeable operational or transactional teams, with the ability to motivate, coach and build capability.
- Proven success managing a high-volume Accounts Payable function within a complex organisation.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Solid knowledge of supplier management and accounts payable operations, including working with large supplier networks and diverse transaction types.
- The ability to navigate complex systems and processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a calm, professional approach under pressure.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a genuine desire to add value through process enhancement and stakeholder partnership.

Your Qualifications

- A Business Degree or Certificate IV in Business is highly regarded, though strong hands‑on experience in a similar role is will be valued.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a large team of Accounts Payable professionals.
- Proven experience managing a high‑quality Accounts Payable function within a complex operating environment.

- Working with a remote and geographically dispersed workforce
- Managing a large and diverse supplier base, including small payments, high transaction volumes, and wide-ranging levels of complexity
- Navigating multiple non‑integrated systems that require manual intervention to achieve the best outcomes

- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to confidently prioritise and balance competing demands while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
- A commitment to adding value through process improvement, insightful analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Resilience and adaptability—working from home and navigating organisational change can be challenging, but the opportunities for meaningful impact and continuous improvement make it worthwhile.
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal Check.
