We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our busy and growing kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a supportive and skilled team.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard while ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to maintain quality, presentation and consistency across the menu.

Key responsibilities include food preparation and cooking, maintaining portion and presentation standards, managing your section during busy services, assisting with stock rotation and inventory, minimising food waste,



and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

You will be expected to follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures while helping maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment. Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills are essential.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and confident working under pressure. Previous experience in a busy café or restaurant kitchen is highly regarded.
