We’re looking for a Corporate Services Recruiter to join our Fortitude Valley team, work with existing clients and grow your own desk across Administration, Finance, HR, Project Support, Customer Service and Operations.

The Appointment
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll build relationships, grow your desk and create great opportunities for clients and candidates.

You’ll be:

- Building relationships and growing your client and candidate network.
- Understanding people and businesses to make the right match beyond the CV.
- Winning new business through genuine conversations and relationship building.
- Managing the recruitment process from brief through to placement, solving problems along the way.
- Sharing ideas and celebrating wins as part of a team people genuinely enjoy working with.

The Appointee
You already understand recruitment and know how to build relationships, manage expectations and grow a desk. You might currently recruit across Corporate Services across Business Support, Administration, Finance, HR, Project Support, Customer Service or Operations.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Brings recruitment experience and wants real ownership of their desk.
- Enjoys autonomy, flexibility and working with a trusted team.
- Is commercially minded,



relationship-focused and enjoys business development.
