We're Hiring: Social Media Coordinator– Cross Promotions (Surfers Paradise)

Cross Promotions is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Surfers Paradise-based team. We work across events, entertainment, and live experiences and we're after someone early in their career who's obsessed with social media and wants to learn more.

If you love creating content, following social trends, playing around in Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager, or simply fascinated by why some campaigns take off and others don't, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Helping plan and schedule social content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

- Assisting with Meta advertising campaigns and learning how to optimize them

- Writing captions, social copy and straightforward marketing content

- Helping come up with content ideas, trends, reels and campaign concepts

- Working with photographers, videographers and designers to create content

- Monitoring what's working across our social channels and campaigns

- Assisting with EDMs and other digital marketing activity





- Keeping an eye on new social trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team

Who we're looking for:

You might be a recent marketing or communications graduate, currently working in a junior marketing role, or someone who has developed strong social media skills on your own.

You Ideally:

- Have a natural feel for what makes good social content

- Has an eye for detail and creativity

- Be interested in learning Meta Ads Manager and paid social

- Can confidently brief creative teams and collaborate on visual content

Some experience with Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager is a bonus, but we can teach the right person.
