The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Administrator to join a well-established business supporting a busy portfolio of construction projects.
Working closely with senior project leadership, Project Managers, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring project administration, documentation and coordination runs smoothly.
The role is primarily office based, with site travel required to support active projects across South East Queensland and the Sunshine Coast as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to project leadership and delivery teams
- Manage project documentation, registers, records and document control
- Prepare and distribute project correspondence, reports and meeting documentation
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier administration
- Raise and track purchase orders, invoices and project-related documentation
- Maintain project trackers, spreadsheets and accurate project records
- Coordinate inductions,



onboarding and site documentation requirements
- Maintain licences, tickets, insurances and compliance records
- Support project mobilisation and site establishment activities
- Liaise with Project Managers, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist with procurement, delivery tracking, variations and commercial documentation

About You:

To be successful, you will have previous Project Administrator experience within an electrical construction setting.
You will also bring:

- Strong project administration and document control capability
- Experience supporting project and site-based construction teams
- Exposure to purchase orders, invoices and subcontractor administration
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
