Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will lead the afternoon warehouse operation, working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and team to create an environment where people feel supported, expectations are clear and performance is consistently achieved. The systems and processes are already in place. Your focus will be on bringing leadership, accountability and stability that allows both the team and operation to thrive.

About You

- Experience leading frontline teams within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, distribution or similar operational environments
- A demonstrated ability to build capability, engagement and accountability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience coordinating rosters, workflow and operational priorities
- A practical leadership style and solid commitment to workplace safety
- The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
