The role also includes a survey-based component. You’ll connect directly with homeowners to gather and verify property information, survey data and photos before completing the valuation.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong valuation capability with clear customer communication, confidence using technology and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment without compromising quality.

Your responsibilities:

Using Apprise's advanced technology and data, you'll apply your specialised knowledge of the property market and valuation to deliver appraisals of residential properties for major banks throughout the state.

- Reviewing and verifying property information, survey responses, photos and supporting data
- Communicating with homeowners to build trust and guide them through the information and photos required to complete surveys and valuations.
- Keeping up to date with the local sales market
- Working collaboratively with other teams across Apprise to resolve queries and keep work moving
- Balancing quality and accuracy with productivity and expected volumes
- Using Apprise's evolving valuation systems,

About you:

To be a part of the Apprise team, you will need:

- Minimum five years of valuation work experience post-CPV qualification
- Significant experience completing valuations, ideally residential
- Tech-forward mindset: You’re an early adopter who thrives when using digital tools. You don't just use systems; you proactively leverage data, analytics, and mapping imagery to streamline your workflow and make informed, high-impact decisions.
- Proactive & Results-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re a self-starter who balances speed with accuracy, naturally identifying when a property needs a deeper dive and when to push forward to hit your volume targets.
