Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will combine technical accounting expertise, commercial leadership and advisory capability to help shape the team's future direction, service offering and market presence.

- Help shape and grow a specialist finance and advisory function

- Influence governance, funding and financial decision-making across complex property structures

- Introduce fresh thinking, new capability and innovative approaches

- Lead stakeholder discussions with committees, developers and clients





- Build capability within the broader finance team

- Drive automation, continuous improvement and scalable service delivery models

- Established trusted relationships with key stakeholders

- Contributed to the ongoing growth and reputation of the Specialised Finance & Advisory function

- Strengthened governance frameworks and operational processes

- Supported the development of new advisory capability and service offerings

- Built capability within the team and reduced reliance on key individuals

- Helped position the function for future growth and scalability

What you will be responsible for
- Lead financial management and governance across complex schemes

- Partner with committees, developers, strata managers and internal stakeholders

- Provide practical guidance on levy structures, funding strategies, reserve adequacy and financial governance

- Support tenders, proposals and business development opportunities

- Drive consistency, controls and financial best practice

- Improve systems, reporting frameworks and operational processes

- Coach and develop team members

- Balance high-quality client outcomes with commercial accountability, sustainable fee recovery and effective resource utilisation

About you

You are technically strong, commercially minded and enjoy building capability and solving complex problems.

You may currently work in Big 4 accounting or advisory, commercial finance, finance business partnering,



property finance or advisory, real estate, infrastructure or development.

- CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion with substantial relevant experience

- A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or commerce

- At least five years' experience in property finance, accounting or advisory

- Strong technical accounting expertise across AASB and IFRS

- Experience leading complex financial processes, projects and stakeholder relationships

- The ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders

- Commercial acumen, sound professional judgement and a continuous improvement mindset

- A genuine interest in building and shaping a growing specialist capability
