We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy well-established fast-paced and growing specialist Cardiology practice in multiple locations across Western Sydney.

The successful candidate will enjoy a challenge and is passionate about providing excellent patient care. You will be adaptable and work as part of a team, working closely with the Practice Manager and Cardiologists to ensure a cohesive and efficient environment for our patients and their families. The ability to work in a busy environment as a team player as well as being able to multitask under pressure is imperative.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service including welcoming patients, collecting & entering patient details, answering telephone calls & enquiries, scheduling appointments,



managing invoicing and receipting invoices

Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations

Opening & closing the practice

Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff

Maintaining compliance with the organisations policies and procedures

Experience & Attributes

Previous medical receptionist experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach someone who is dedicated long term.

Ability to work well under pressure & multitask.

Mature, diligent, and a proactive attitude

Knowledge of Shexie is an advantage.

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Detail-orientated.

High standard of presentation.
