Sienna Byron Bay
Byron Bay
Sienna has been creating nail polish in Byron Bay for more than 12 years. We have the kind of provenance that only comes with time — a loyal customer base, a explicit point of view and a strong niche in the Australian beauty market.
This October/November, we're launching a significant refresh of the brand, with new packaging, new retail displays and a more refined direction for Sienna.
We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to join us and take ownership of the day-to-day rhythm of our marketing. Someone who is equal parts organised, creative and practical. Someone who can take an idea, understand what needs to happen next and see it through properly.

The role
You'll work closely with our founders to turn what's happening across the business into thoughtful, effective marketing.
That could be a bestselling colour coming back into stock, a new collection we're preparing to launch, an email that's performed particularly well, a piece of founder content that's gaining traction, or an opportunity we've spotted that we want to move on quickly.
You'll take those inputs and turn them into a clear marketing calendar, then coordinate and execute the work around it.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning and maintaining the marketing calendars
- Planning, writing, building and scheduling EDMs in Klaviyo
- Creating and adapting ad assets for paid social, working with our existing content and brand assets
- Reviewing what's performing and using those insights to shape what we do next
- Coordinating launches, restocks, promotions and campaigns
- Creating and adapting assets for paid social and digital campaigns
- Identifying and coordinating relevant PR, media and brand opportunities
- Working with our social media coordinator to plan content around the broader marketing calendar
- Managing campaign and content updates in Shopify
- Creating simple assets and mock-ups in Photoshop and Canva
- Coordinating photoshoots, creators and campaign assets
- Briefing and working with our graphic designer and social media coordinator
- Keeping timelines and deliverables on track
- Proofing work carefully and making sure the details are right before anything goes live
Who we're looking for
More than anything, we're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, has strong follow-through and a naturally good eye for design.
We're a small team, so you need to be comfortable taking real ownership of your work. You create systems that keep you organised, know what's coming up, follow things through without being chased and close the loop on the details.
If you've taken ownership of something, we should be able to trust that it's moving — and that you'll come to us when you genuinely need input or a decision.
You're someone who naturally thinks a few steps ahead. If a launch is approaching, you're already considering what assets we'll need, when the EDM needs to be built, what social needs to know and whether everything on the website is ready.
You also have good judgement. You can make sensible day-to-day decisions independently while recognising the things that need to come back to the wider team.
And you're commercially curious. You want to know what worked, what sold and why — and use that information to make the next campaign better.
You'll ideally have experience in marketing, brand or e-commerce and be confident using Klaviyo, Shopify, Photoshop and Canva .
You write well, have a good visual eye and understand what makes a brand feel considered and consistent.
Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce would be an advantage, but isn't essential. How you work is just as important to us as where you've worked.
For the right person, there's a lot to work with here: an established brand with more than a decade of history, a strong niche, a fresh new look about to launch and plenty of opportunity to build on what's already working.
The details
The role will start as a casual position, 3 days per week , with scope to grow to 4 days.
For the right person, we'd like the role to become permanent part-time as it develops.
We're based in the Northern Rivers and are looking for someone local who can work closely with our team.
This is an onsite role based in Billinudgel.
$38–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience.
