Senior Dental Assistant – Canungra Dental

We’re looking for a Senior Dental Assistant who wants to grow, lead and make a real difference .

At Canungra Dental, we’re building a new standard for dental assisting and we want someone who’s excited to help shape it.

This isn’t a role where you simply fill a chair, follow instructions and go home. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, sees what needs to happen before being asked, and genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for every patient.

You’ll work closely with our management team to help set the standard for clinical support, patient care and teamwork. You’ll have a voice in how we do things, bring your ideas to the table, and help us build the team and culture we’re aiming for.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have 5+ years of dental assisting experience
- Assisting with All-on-4 implant surgeries and complex surgical procedures




- Are confident, proactive and capable of taking ownership
- Naturally notice what needs doing before someone asks
- Take pride in high clinical and infection-control standards
- Care about the person in the chair , not just the procedure
- Enjoy supporting and encouraging the people around you
- Want to contribute ideas and help improve the way a practice operates
- Are ready to step into a role with greater responsibility and influence

What we offer

$40–$45 per hour
3–4 days per week, with the opportunity to move to full-time for the right person
