Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards

Ensure rooms are presented in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming condition

Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

Report maintenance issues promptly

Support sustainability and waste minimisation initiatives

Assist with lost property and periodic deep-cleaning projects

What We're Looking For

Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role involving standing, bending, and lifting throughout your shift

Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn





Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
