The Appointment Setter role at BRANDLOCKER is a contract position based in Gold Coast, QLD, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for work from home. In this role, the individual will contact prospective clients via phone, email, and digital channels to qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for our team. Daily tasks include managing appointment calendars, confirming bookings, updating CRM records, and following up on inbound and outbound inquiries. The Appointment Setter will collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure leads are handled promptly and professionally, and will provide courteous customer service while handling questions or redirecting complex inquiries. Consistent, accurate communication and attention to detail are key to supporting client relationships and business growth.

Qualifications





- Ability to perform Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling efficiently and accurately.
- Experience with Lead Generation, including qualifying prospects and maintaining organized records.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve minor issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software and basic office productivity tools.
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, maintaining reliability and professionalism both in office and remotely.
- Prior experience in sales support, telesales, or appointment setting is advantageous.
- Previous appointment setting experience in the marketing industry preferred.
