Shepparton O’Brien is seeking a Customer Experience Expert for a 6-month contract in Shepparton. The role is part time (20 hours per week) with hours from 10:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays when required. You will deliver warm, face-to-face customer service and sell vehicle accessory products.
You will manage inquiries across phone, email and in person, support daily operations, and educate customers on services while driving a positive customer experience.
