The Opportunity

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program provides the support, training, and confidence you need to become a licensed and professional bus driver. This includes:

- Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on‑road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
- Obtaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus)
- Industry-leading pay throughout your training journey
- A dedicated buddy and support network to guide your development
- Opportunities to be based across our east depots (Doncaster East, Heatherton & Keysborough) connecting local communities throughout Melbourne's eastern and south‑eastern suburbs

We’re After People With

- Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
- Hold a current Australian car driver’s licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years)
- Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)




- Are willing to undertake a pre‑employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
- Are willing to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check

Please note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an assessment centre at our North Fitzroy depot for an interview and drive test
