Casual position with flexible shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Work across bar service, gaming operations, FOH service, and functions. Maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation. Assist with opening, closing, and smooth daily service flow. Support the team during peak periods and ensure a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Gaming Operations — machine checks, payouts, compliance, customer assistance

Kitchen Service — running food, clearing tables, supporting the pass

Functions & Events — setup, service, pack-down, guest support

About you

Hospitality or customer service experience (bar or gaming experience essential)

Strong communication and a calm, qualified approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent service standards

RSA required; RCG required
