We are currently looking for one Certificate III Qualified Educator to join our Kurri Kurri team:

Assistant Educator role - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

The Role:

As a Certificate III Qualified Educator at Tillys Kurri Kurri, you will contribute to providing high-quality education and care while supporting children's individual learning, development, safety and wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to engaging learning environments and meaningful experiences that encourage children to explore, investigate, communicate and develop confidence in their abilities.

About You

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable,



and supported.

You also have:

A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.

A commitment to child and cultural safety.

An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.

A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 6.30am and 6.30pm.

A current Working with Children Check NSW.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.

A genuine commitment to child safety, including zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and a commitment to a culture of reporting harm or risk of harm.
