About the role:

- Be the welcoming face of Shell House
- Greet and warmly welcome guests
- Manage reservations and seating
- Assist with guest enquiries and requests
- Work closely with the floor and management teams
- Help create an exceptional experience from the moment guests arrive

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous hospitality or customer service experience
- Is confident, friendly and well-presented
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Is available to work evenings and Saturdays
