Pacific Supports & Mentoring (PSM) is expanding across Brisbane, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable and energetic Support / Youth Workers for immediate opportunities around Mitchelton, Brisbane Northside and surrounding suburbs . We are the leading service provider in the NDIS for working with young participants on the scheme.
PSM is a locally owned and operated NDIS and mentoring provider across Queensland and Northern NSW. We combine mentoring, community access and disability support to help participants build confidence, independence and reach their goals.

Experience in disability, youth work, mentoring,
personal care or community services is highly regarded.

The Role
You’ll support participants with:
- Community access and social participation
- Personal care and daily living
- Mentoring and confidence building
- Independence and life skills
- Progress notes and documentation
Requirements
- Australian work rights
- Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to service Mitchelton and Brisbane Northside/Central
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Strong communication and documentation skills
