What's the role?

Split across breakfast and dinner shifts, no two days look the same. Mornings mean crafting quality coffee and serving up a la carte Italian breakfast, while evenings bring cocktails, Italian nibbles and a buzzing dinner service. You will be waiting tables, taking orders, making coffees and drinks, and helping coordinate the floor, each shift fast paced in its own way, all within a fun, hospitality driven workplace and a team that feels more like family than coworkers.

What we need from you.

Warm, attentive and full of positive energy

Open to learning and expanding their skills





Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends

Strong English and communication skills are essential, along with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail

A genuine passion for customer service and connecting with guests

Cocktail and coffee experience desirable

Point of Sale (POS) experience desirable
