Baldwin Living Northside in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our friendly retirement community. You will handle repairs, minor painting, grounds maintenance and safety checks, reporting to the Village Manager.
The role is part time, 24 hours per week over four days, with a 7am–3pm window. A current driver’s licence and good communication are essential; the successful candidate will be willing to obtain a Police Clearance.
