Mercure IT is seeking a motivated part-time Hotel All-Rounder to support Front Office and Food & Beverage operations. You will help ensure exceptional service, welcoming guests and making them feel comfortable throughout their stay.

You will rotate across check-in/out, cafe service, and guest account tasks, delivering friendly, knowledgeable assistance and maintaining effective guest experiences. This role blends hospitality duties with guest-focused care and teamwork.
