We are seeking reliable, experienced Civil Construction Labourers for ongoing, long-term work. If you are looking for job security, competitive rates, and substantial overtime, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Working on high-profile civil infrastructure projects, your daily duties will include:

- Pavement rehabilitation, preparation, and construction.

- Subsoil drainage and pipe installation.

- Asphalting preparation and support for electrical installation works.

- Site setup, including safety signage, fencing, and traffic barrier placement.

- Spotting for heavy plant equipment and operating machinery (for ticketed plant operators).

Requirements

- Proven experience in civil construction (roadwork and highway experience highly regarded ).

- Valid White Card (General Construction Induction).

- Current driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.

- Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards and team culture.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug/alcohol screen.

- Willingness to undergo a standard police background check.

- Plant operating tickets or civil qualifications are highly desirable.
