High Reach Forklift Operator / Pick Packer

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented High Reach Forklift Driver / Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team located in Eastern Creek . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the importance of picking accuracy and order quality .

$36.00 per hour | Paid Weekly

6:00am - 2:06pm | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners
- Checking and verifying orders to ensure 100% accuracy prior to dispatch
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Performing stock replenishment and put-away duties
- Using warehouse management systems to review and confirm orders
- Conducting quality checks and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock integrity
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required





Skills & Experience Required

- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Proven High Reach forklift operating experience
- Experience using RF scanning equipment
- Strong focus on picking accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to KPI and productivity targets without compromising quality
- Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
