The successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro Shop and provide friendly, professional service to our members and customers.

Key responsibilities

- Retail sales and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across golf equipment, apparel and accessories
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop
- Assisting with club competitions and social golf bookings
- Supporting general golf operations and member services
- Helping maintain a welcoming, professional and well-presented shop environment

- Passionate about golf and enthusiastic about the game
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Well presented, reliable, self-motivated and professional
- Open-minded, willing to learn and receptive to feedback
- Friendly and confident when dealing with members and customers
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a team workplace
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
