Your opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our friendly team. You will be out and about in a different location every day, largely working unsupervised, no two days are the same. Are you energetic, positive, fit and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a smooth move and happy customer. Depot Location: Gladesville NSW, with on-site secure parking

Availability: Must be available to work 6 days per week

Rates: Full time hours on casual rates plus super with a great above award rate.We also welcome ABN Holders.

Your new role and daily tasks will involve the following:

Your new role:

Careful handling of customer effects and property inside and out

Loading of vehicles, Head Removalists only

Assist loading at times, Experienced Offsiders

Off-loading of trucks

Communicate pre and post job all job details digitally via our Crew App





Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery

Helping maintain clean & tidy vehicles, equipment and depot

Being on time and reliable

Good work ethic

No leave to be taken from October, December and January, other than the public holidays

Be apart of the removal industries regulatory body, AFRA

Upholding our companies great reputation

Following and upholding our strict compliance and policies to the highest of standards

Will extend to growth within the company to higher roles

For success you will:

Head Removalist: MUST have 4+ years experience running teams, loading/offloading

Offsiders: MUST have more than 2+ years removals experience

Be friendly, helpful, honest, and customer focussed with a proactive, can-do attitude

Be eager to learn and embrace change with a high level of professionalism.

Be reliable, hard-working and there for your team mates

Care about your personal appearance and have a helpful friendly manner

Be physically fit, lifting and physical exertion is part of the everyday role

Be passionate about the removals industry

Must be available to work 6 days per week

English as your first language is at the highest of importance as you are front line customer service

MUST be available throughout the peak season October through till end of January, we are closed public holidays over the Christmas and new year period

MUST supply Police check before work will be offered

Experience with Toll, Move Dynamics and KRS are highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided

Be looking for a long term position
