C BAR, located at Townsville's iconic The Strand, is seeking permanent full-time and part-time supervisors to join our team. At C BAR, we pride ourselves on providing professional customer service. If you are interested in joining our exciting business, we would love to hear from you.

While full training is provided, we are looking for someone with previous experience in supervising hospitality staff. We are looking for team members that can tick the following boxes:

- Assisting in running day to day busy shifts
- Assisting the restaurant manager with daily operational needs for a successful business
- Reconciliation and management of POS and takings
- Leading, motivating and assisting with training staff in line with the business’s customer service expectations
- Understanding and meeting KPI’s and targets
- Opening and closing the venue




- Assisting with accepting stock
- Great teamwork and a positive attitude
- Neat and tidy grooming/appearance
- Available on a full time or part time basis
- Able to work a rotating roster with a mix of mornings, days and nights with weekends a must.

Must have RSA

Knowledge in bartending and coffee is also an advantage.

We pride ourselves on having a team that enjoy working with the stunning views and ocean breezes that accompany our large alfresco dining space. Located overlooking the ocean and Magnetic Island, it certainly beats being in an office!
